QA Manager (Testing+ Scrum)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively serve in a dual role as a Manual Tester and Scrum Master . This position requires strong testing skills, a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, and the ability to guide teams using the Scrum framework. The ideal candidate will ensure software quality while fostering team collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Manual Testing

• Test Planning : Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Manual Execution : Conduct manual testing of software applications including functional , regression , and exploratory testing.
• Defect Management : Identify, report, and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure resolution.
• Test Data Management : Create, manage, and maintain test data while ensuring data integrity and security.
