Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Recruiter located in Kozhikode. The Human Resource Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions. They will manage candidate databases, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Additionally, they will handle job postings, conduct background checks, and assist with onboarding new employees.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
• Experience in managing candidate databases and coordinating with hiring managers
• Proficiency in handling job postings and conducting background checks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode
• Relevant experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
