Role Description

Uncloned is seeking a Technical Sourcer (Commission-Based) to help identify top talent for fast-growing startups across Tech.

You will

  • Source and shortlist top candidates using or other platforms.
  • Share high-quality profiles.
  • Collaborate directly with the founder for feedback and next steps.

  • Knows how to spot exceptional talent.
  • Takes full ownership and delivers without constant follow-up
  • Understands startup pace and urgency
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented and driven by results

  • At least some experience in Sourcing Candidates
