About the Role :
The Senior Systems (Business) Architect drives strategic alignment between business goals and product delivery. This role facilitates collaboration across departments, promotes reusable frameworks, and ensures strategic and technical alignment throughout the product lifecycle. The architect translates complex ideas into scalable business models and provides guidance on enterprise transformation initiatives. With a focus on value delivery, innovation, and structured methodology, this individual ensures that enterprise capabilities evolve in sync with the organization’s long-term vision.
What You’ll Do :
- Connect business strategies with enterprise technology capabilities across domains
- Act as an innovation leader, championing new models and ways of thinking
- Drive optimization of services and value streams across technologies and departments
- Develop artifacts including current / future state diagrams, capability models, process flows, roadmaps, and metadata
- Apply structured business architecture methodologies to support initiatives and executive decision-making
- Support new solution delivery by framing interdependencies across products, platforms, and business areas
- Evaluate and model how people, processes, and technology interact within strategic goals
- Provide cross-functional leadership and coordinate with business units, IT domains, and executive teams
- Facilitate enterprise-level assessments of new initiatives, technologies, or process improvements
- Document and maintain architecture assets for reuse and corporate knowledge sharing
- Lead and mentor teams on business architecture practices and best-in-class modeling standards
- Collaborate on transformation initiatives to continuously improve scope alignment and delivery
What You’ll Bring :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience)5–8 years of experience in enterprise or business architecture, strategy, or related fieldsDemonstrated expertise in strategic thinking and enterprise modelingExperience facilitating cross-functional teams and working across organizational silosAbility to communicate complex architecture concepts in a clear and practical wayStrong understanding of business process flows, capability mapping, and operating modelsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and digital transformation strategies(Preferred) Six Sigma Champion Leadership certificationMust Have Skills :
