We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media cum Sales Executive to manage our online presence and drive sales growth. • Manage company profiles across social media platforms
• Manage the social media team from brands side and manage the scheduling of postings and content (images, videos, reels, stories, blogs).
• Respond to customer queries, comments, and DMs promptly to build strong engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.Sales & Business Development
• Assist customers in identifying products that suit their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring repeat and referral business.
• Handle leads generated through social media campaigns and convert them into sales.
• Handle inbound leads from social media, WhatsApp, and website inquiries.
• Pitch products / services to potential customers through calls, emails, and online meetings.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management.
• Experience in sales as well would be appreciated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
