Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Receptionist, located in Bengaluru. The Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for scheduling appointments, handling phone calls with professionalism, and performing receptionist duties such as greeting patients and ensuring a smooth patient flow. The role also includes familiarity with medical terminology and assisting in medical office operations.

Qualifications

Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties

Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling patient inquiries

Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medical Office procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and handle administrative tasks efficiently

Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred

BHA / MHA
