Role Description

This is a contract remote role for an Information Technology Help Desk professional. The day-to-day tasks include providing technical support to users, troubleshooting network and system issues, administering network configurations, ensuring network security, and delivering exceptional customer service. The IT Help Desk professional will be responsible for identifying and resolving hardware, software, and network-related problems.

Qualifications

  • Network Administration and Network Security skills
  • Information Technology and Troubleshooting skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent
  • Experience with VPN and enterprise Active Directory environments is a plus
