Senior Maintenance Manager

Position : Senior Manager - Maintenance

Job Description : The Sr. Manager - Maintenance will be responsible for overseeing the entire maintenance and facilities management of IIHMR University. This role includes the upkeep of civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and other infrastructure to ensure the efficient and uninterrupted operation of the university.

Qualification :

Master's / Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.

Required Skills :

• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, and building maintenance.
• Familiarity with energy management systems and relevant software tools.
• Expertise in handling large-scale maintenance operations.
• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Experience : 8 – 10 years of experience in maintenance and facilities management, preferably in an academic or institutional setup.
