Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment. Team Leadership : Supervise and train staff to deliver excellent customer service. Create staff schedules and manage performance evaluations. Customer Service : Address customer concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain a welcoming environment to enhance the customer experience. Sales and Revenue : Drive sales to meet or exceed targets. Implement promotions and upsell products / services. Compliance and Reporting : Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and company policies. Prepare daily / weekly reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance. Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field (preferred). 2-5 years of experience in retail or hospitality management. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Secondary / High school education Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
