Role Overview :

HappyLocate is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts to take full ownership of our end-to-end finance and accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage a small team, and liaise effectively with external stakeholders.

Key Accounting & Reporting :

• Lead and manage all day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including bookkeeping, AP, AR, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closures.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements in compliance with applicable Indian accounting standards.
• Coordinate and ensure timely closure of all Statutory compliances.
