    Job Description

    • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for poultry products including feed, broilers, and eggs.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
    • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
    • Identify emerging market trends, new business opportunities, and stay updated on competitor activities and product developments.
    • The Successful Applicant

      The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills with proven experience in sales management within the poultry or agriculture sector. They should be target-driven, excellent at building customer relationships, and skilled in strategic planning and team coaching.
