Position : Artist Manager
Location : Borivali East, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop creative concepts and strategies aligned with the artist's / celebrity's brand vision.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for content creation, live shows, and special projects.
- Identify new opportunities across platforms, formats, and collaborations to expand the artist's reach and impact.
- Ensure seamless execution from ideation to final delivery.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with agencies, brands, and event partners.
- Generate business through live shows, brand endorsements, OTT / web series, TV appearances, music videos, and event bookings.
- Scout and onboard new talent as part of the company's artist development initiative.
- Manage all aspects of artist personal and professional growth, including strategic career planning.
- Conduct outreach for lead generation, business development, and new client acquisition.
- Promote artists through social media, emailers, and direct client engagement.
- Oversee artist relations and maintain positive communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Set up and lead client meetings for artist pitching and representation.
- Handle deal negotiations, contract preparation, and coordination of legal / financial documentation for smooth closures.
- Act as the key liaison between artists and clients for servicing and coordination.
- Work closely with the creative team for artist collaterals, showreels, and promotional assets.
- Manage backend logistics including travel, accommodation, and on-ground requirements.
- Oversee digital presence, social media marketing, and PR activities for the artist.
Desired Profile of the Candidate :
Prior experience in Celebrity or Artist Management is mandatory .Proven track record in sales, promotion, and revenue generation within the entertainment industry.Strong industry network and professional relationships with agencies, brands, and event companies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .Highly self motivated, target-driven, result-oriented, and business-minded.A team player with leadership potential.Proactive, self-motivated , and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Event Management, or Business Administration .Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Celebrity / Artist Management , Talent Relations, or Entertainment Marketing.In-depth understanding of the entertainment, media, and influencer ecosystem .Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace , and familiarity with social media analytics platforms.Understanding of basics of accounting and taxation , contracts, and endorsement deals .Experience coordinating with event agencies, clients, and digital marketing teams is preferred.Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment .Willingness to travel frequently for events and meetings.Ready to make an impact Send resume / portfolio to [HIDDEN TEXT]
