We are currently seeking experienced Senior Project Engineers with strong hands-on expertise in Schneider EcoStruxure, Siemens Automation Systems, Allen-Bradley, PLC, DDC, and SCADA platforms.

Role Summary

The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for complete project execution—from system design and programming to commissioning and handover—across BMS, Industrial Automation, and ELV systems.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of Schneider, Siemens, and Allen-Bradley automation ecosystems, DDC / PLC programming, and integration of HVAC, lighting, energy monitoring, fire alarm, and access control systems into unified control platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end automation project execution, including system design, programming, testing, installation, and commissioning.

Work extensively with Schneider EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO), EcoStruxure Power Monitoring Expert (PME), Siemens Desigo CC / PXC / SIMATIC PLC, and Allen-Bradley PLC / HMI systems.

Configure and program DDC controllers, PLCs, HMIs (Siemens / Schneider / Allen-Bradley) for various automation applications.

Design control panels, I / O lists, and network architecture ensuring interoperability via BACnet, Modbus, KNX, and OPC protocols.

Integrate ELV systems including Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, Lighting Control, and Energy Management within unified BMS / SCADA platforms.

Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) to validate control logic, communication, and system performance.

Prepare and manage project documentation—control drawings, cable schedules, BOQs, and as-built layouts.

Supervise and support site engineers, vendors, and subcontractors for on-site execution.

Ensure timely delivery of projects as per client specifications, safety codes, and quality standards.

Coordinate with procurement, design, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth execution and material readiness.

Provide client training, technical guidance, and post-installation support.

Maintain compliance with Schneider EcoXpert, Siemens automation standards, Allen-Bradley best practices, and ISO quality requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

Education : B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics.

Experience : 5–10 years of proven experience in Automation, BMS, and ELV projects.

Technical Expertise :

Hands-on experience with Schneider EcoStruxure (EBO / PME), Siemens Desigo / SIMATIC PLC, and Allen-Bradley PLC / HMI systems.

Strong knowledge of DDC, PLC, SCADA programming, and end-to-end system integration.

Solid understanding of control logic, energy management, HVAC automation, and lighting control systems.

Experience with ELV systems such as Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, and PA systems.

Software Proficiency : AutoCAD, MS Project, and other automation configuration tools.

Professional Skills : Strong project management, communication, and leadership abilities.

Work Management : Capability to manage multiple simultaneous projects under tight schedules.
