Job Description :

As the Branch Manager, pivotal in strategizing sales, enhancing customer experiences, and managing local branch operations, making their role increasingly vital for business growth and customer satisfaction. The Branch Sales Manager plays a significant role in steering the sales team towards achieving the set targets and enhancing the overall performance of the branch.

Functions : Sales Planning

  • Sets long-term objectives and outlines the steps necessary to hit sales goals, ensuring the branch’s competitive edge and operational efficiency.
  • Examine market trends, projecting sales outcomes, and aligning branch goals with the company’s broader strategy, sustainable growth is pursued.

Sales Forecasting

  • Through the analysis of historical sales data and current market conditions, you can anticipate future sales volumes. This insight supports the strategic planning of marketing initiatives, resource distribution, and the establishment of achievable sales targets, enhancing branch performance and profitability.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships.
  • Utilizing CRM tools to scrutinize customer interactions and data facilitates personalized service and tailored sales approaches, fostering repeat business and referrals.
  • Support to Market Analysis

  • Evaluating sales figures and market trends, pinpoint opportunities for revenue enhancement and operational improvements.
  • Adjusting marketing strategies based on consumer demand forecasts, ensuring the branch’s adaptability and responsiveness to market changes.
  • Authorities :

  • Decision-making authority regarding sales strategies and customer engagements within the assigned branch.
  • Authorization to negotiate and finalize sales contracts within approved guidelines.
  • Admin Boss for branch
  • Responsibilities :

  • He will manage all aspects of the branch functioning.
  • Manages account assignments to the Systems and Equipment sales team to ensure secured sales performance to plan
  • Responsible for top-line growth of revenue meeting growth objectives around gross margin
  • Practices performance management by setting clear goals, investing personal time in employee development, actively coaching
  • Increases market penetration in local Systems business by securing new customers and expanding the scope of the existing customer base with owner, architectural engineer and mechanical consultants and contractor accounts
  • Analyzes the market and current business performance
  • Partners with other branch leaders to maximize local territory account management consistent with Business strategic direction
  • Participates as the management team representative on strategically important key accounts
  • Owns and manages the sales staffing plan for the assigned local geography
  • Receivable management

  • Educational Qualification :

  • Engineering Graduate
  • Minimum 7-9 years of experience in sales of industrial products, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in developing and executing business strategies that resulted in substantial revenue growth.
  • Must have exposure in handling regional / zonal sales.
  • Should be able to connect well to top most people of other companies.
  • Should be able to lead from front.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Core Skills & Competencies :

  • Proven track record in sales management, preferably in the specified industries.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
