Job Dimensions : -
- Geographic Scope : Driving sales within a designated geographical area. This includes building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in the defined region.
- Sales Strategy and Execution : Ability to develop and execute a strategic sales plan will directly impact the company's sales performance.
- Customer Engagement : Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients. Understanding their requirements, offering tailored solutions, and delivering compelling sales presentations for essential components of building strong customer relationships.
- New Business Development : Efforts in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities contributing to expanding the company's customer base. Prospecting, networking, and actively seeking ways to penetrate untapped markets.
- Product Knowledge and Expertise : Developing a deep understanding of Adison Equipment Company's products is crucial. Ability to communicate their value propositions and address client inquiries will influence customer decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Working closely with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement.

Sales Strategy : Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned area.Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.New Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and market presence.Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our products and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively.Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.Sales Reporting : Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market feedback to management.Other duties : may be assigned. Should Be A Graduate, Additional Qualification in sales and marketing will be preferred, should have expertise in surgical consumable selling
