Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic  female candidate  with a background in BME (Biomedical Engineering) or nursing to join as a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager in Lucknow. In this role, you will drive sales of our Aerogen drug delivery systems, manage and expand territory sales, build lasting relationships with hospitals, trust organizations, and healthcare providers. Key responsibilities include crafting sales strategies, achieving targets, spotting new opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams for smooth operations and exceptional client satisfaction. Strong command of English is essential for effective communication.

Qualifications

  • BME (Biomedical Engineering) degree or nursing background (mandatory; female candidates preferred)
  • Proven sales and business development skills, with expertise in client acquisition and relationship management
  • Familiarity with medical equipment / devices, ideally in drug delivery systems or healthcare sales
  • Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning to uncover opportunities
  • Track record of consistently meeting sales targets
  • Ability to thrive independently and in teams with a proactive, results-oriented approach
  • Prior experience in government tenders or corporate hospital sales is a plus
