For over 15 years, Escobar has defined premium nightlife in Mumbai, renowned for its sophisticated ambience and exceptional bar program. We are now looking for a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our team and elevate our cocktail experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and serve innovative, well-balanced cocktails and beverages.
• Curate and update the bar menu in line with current trends and Escobar’s brand identity.
• Maintain bar standards with precision, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Manage inventory, bar mise en place, and cleanliness.
• Interact with guests to enhance their overall experience.
• Train and guide the bar team to uphold service excellence.
