Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 3–6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for mid-level technology roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical skillsets, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management, and should be able to deliver quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid-level technical positions across domains such as Software Development, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, and QA.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates using various channels — job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, and offer negotiations.
• Maintain recruitment reports and ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Meet defined recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
