Key Responsibilities :

Market and sell our bench consultants to clients and prime vendors.

Generate new business leads through strategic cold calling and relationship building.

Match consultant profiles to client job requirements and negotiate rates.

Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to successful placement.

We're Looking For :

4+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales or IT Recruitment .

A proven track record of meeting sales / placement targets.

Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing market and in-demand skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
