Company DescriptionBarsana Hotel & Resort, a 4 star hotel in Siliguri with 59 keys, 03 F&B outlets and wide Banquets.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, F&B GSA at Barsana Hotel and Resort located in Siliguri. The individual in this position will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing staff training programs, and working within budgetary constraints. Responsibilities also include coordinating with kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Qualifications- Skills in Food Service and Food & Beverage management- Strong Customer Service skills- Experience in Training staff- Experience in Budgeting and financial management- Excellent leadership and communication skills- Ability to work effectively under pressure- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
