We are looking for a Flutter Developer to build beautiful, high-performance mobile applications that will be at the heart of the experience for employees and managers across industries.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (iOS & Android).
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and deliver seamless app experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code with strong attention to performance and security.
• Optimize mobile applications for speed, responsiveness, and user experience.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter & mobile development trends to improve app performance and Skills & Experience :
• 25 years of experience in mobile app development with at least 1+ year in Flutter.
• Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter SDK.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Familiarity with state management solutions (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
• Experience publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Understanding of CI / CD for mobile apps is a plus.
