Job Title : Flutter Developer + React native

Location : Chennai, India

Experience : 4+ Years

Employment Type : Full-Time

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Flutter Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in building high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Flutter, Dart, and modern state management techniques, and have a solid understanding of mobile UI design principles, application architecture, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter .
  • Translate UI / UX designs into responsive and high-performance application code.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Dart code following industry best practices.
  • Integrate third-party services and APIs, particularly RESTful APIs and .NET Core backends .
  • Work with Firebase services including push notifications and analytics.
  • Implement local storage solutions such as Hive or SharedPreferences .
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and QA teams to deliver a seamless user experience.
  • Participate in code reviews , troubleshoot bugs, and optimize application performance.
  • Handle platform-specific functionality with native iOS / Android modules when necessary.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in development processes and team collaboration.
  • Collaborate with QA for planning and executing test cases.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 4+ years of professional experience in Flutter development.
  • Strong knowledge of Flutter architecture and state management solutions like :
  • Provider , Riverpod , BLoC , etc.
  • Solid understanding of :
  • React native
  • Mobile app lifecycle
  • UI performance tuning
  • Animations and transitions
  • Experience with :
  • Firebase integration
  • Push notifications
  • Local storage (Hive, SharedPreferences)
  • Good knowledge of Git and version control workflows (e.g., Git Flow).
  • Familiarity with consuming and integrating RESTful and .NET Core APIs .
  • Experience with platform channels and working with native modules when needed.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Experience in CI / CD pipelines for Flutter projects.
  • Exposure to app store deployment (iOS / Android).
  • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
