Job Description :

• Oversee the administration and configuration of LifeRay instances, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Manage LifeRay operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Implement and maintain access control policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive

information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Lead the release management process for LifeRay applications, coordinating with development teams, stakeholders, and release managers to ensure smooth and timely deployments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LifeRay with other systems and tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of

continuous learning and improvement.

Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in LifeRay development, administration, and integration, and leverage this knowledge to enhance our solutions and processes.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences, to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.

Utilize expertise in database technologies including SQL Server, Oracle DB, and MySQL for data storage, retrieval, and manipulation.

Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends and incorporate them into project development where applicable.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

6-8 years of hands-on experience in LifeRay administration, configuration, and operations.

Proven expertise in LifeRay access control, release management (ADO), and integration with

other tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SSO solutions.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues

and implement effective solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively

with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical

stakeholders.

Relevant certifications in LifeRay administration or development (e.g., LifeRay Certified

Professional) preferred.

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments is a plus.
