Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Internal Audit Executive. The Internal Audit Executive will be responsible for conducting internal audits, process review, data analytics, SOP drafting, and preparing audit reports. The role involves detailed analytical work to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and processes within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate, Construction and Infrastructure audits
• Knowledge of Process Reviews, Internal Control weakness / gaps assessment of Project sites, Budgeting, Project management, Sales, CRM, Procurement, Contracting, Marketing and Leasing processes of Real Estate sector
• Strong Analytical Skills and SOP review and drafting capabilities
• Experience working in SAP, Oracle softwares
• Must have Experience working with Big4 or big consulting firms
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CA, CPA) are a plus
