Role Overview :

The Head of Product (AI) will be responsible for driving Fincent's AI vision, from strategy to execution. This includes leading product innovation, shaping our AI-first culture, and ensuring that our SaaS platform leverages cutting-edge technologies to deliver unmatched value to small and mid-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and lead Fincent's overall AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business and GTM goals.
• Drive innovation by building AI / ML-powered features into our SaaS product for the US market.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to architect scalable, secure, and user-friendly AI solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to integrate into Fincent's platform.
• Build, mentor, and lead a world-class AI / ML team.
• Partner with CEO and leadership team on roadmap prioritization and execution.
• Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and compliance with US regulatory standards.
• Represent Fincent in external forums, investor discussions, and thought leadership initiatives.
