Head of Quality - Fashion / Apparel Industry

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on Head of Quality for India operations. This role is for an experienced apparel quality leader who deeply understands the Indian manufacturing landscape , global buyer expectations , and the complexities of multi-category production . The role demands an expert who can combine technical knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and testing standards with practical, factory-floor problem-solving skills .

You will be the key guardian of quality for all India-sourced products, ensuring they meet or exceed our customers' standards for workmanship, safety, and compliance. You will drive a culture of quality excellence , supplier capability development , and data-led continuous improvement .

Quality Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and execute the India quality strategy aligned with global standards and brand requirements.
• Define and track KPIs for product quality, supplier performance, and right-first-time metrics.
