About The Role

We’re seeking a go-to marketing operator who knows how to generate leads and conversions at the best ROI. You’ll manage multi-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, , and organic platforms, while harnessing the latest AI and automation tools to optimize performance.

This role is for someone who thrives in agency-style environments—able to juggle multiple clients, stay highly organized, and deliver real, tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, , SEO, and more).
• Design and run EDM and cold outreach campaigns using tools like Apollo.io, Lemlist, Instantly, Zoho Campaigns, or similar.
• Set up CRM automations and nurture workflows for cold, warm, and hot leads.
• Mine, segment, and activate customer data to boost targeting and ROI.
• Monitor analytics across Google Analytics, Insights, and advanced tracking platforms to measure success and optimize.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment and high-quality execution.
• Deliver weekly performance reports, including actionable insights for clients and founders.
• Be hands-on in experimentation with AI-driven campaign optimization and creative testing.
