BMS Design Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated BMS Design Engineer to join our growing HVAC Controls team at Uriel Enterprises . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Building Management Systems, HVAC Controls, and MEP coordination, with the ability to deliver high-quality engineering designs and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop BMS Control Submittals and manage project scope to ensure timely delivery.
• Review bid documents and prepare proposals for HVAC Controls.
• Analyze Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drawings to interpret project requirements.
• Select appropriate controllers, field devices, and sensors based on design needs.
• Design Network Risers, Flow Diagrams, Hardware Schedules, and Point-to-Point wiring diagrams.
• Prepare Control Valve Schedules, Damper Actuator Schedules, and Bill of Materials.
• Create Controls Catalogs and finalize Controls Submittal documentation.
• Support commissioning activities and provide assistance during BMS site execution.
