Job descriptionGood communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of HR functions (training will be provided). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle data responsibly. Eager to learn and proactive attitude. Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree. Freshers with interest in HR are highly encouraged.
✨ Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews).
- Maintain candidate databases and update trackers regularly.
- Support HR team in onboarding and documentation tasks.
- Help in scheduling interviews, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and daily HR operations.
- Prepare basic reports, HR documents, and maintain records.
- Coordinate with different teams for HR-related queries.
