Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical Supervisor located in Pune. The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance, ensuring all electrical systems and equipment are functioning properly, and supervising electrical projects. Daily tasks include managing electricians, conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting electrical issues, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills in managing teams of electricians and other personnel
• Experience in Electrical Maintenance and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles and practices
• Proficient in handling Electrical Equipment and ensuring their proper functioning
• Strong understanding of Electricity and related safety regulations
• Ability to work on-site in Pune and oversee multiple projects concurrently
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
