V. Qualification : Graduate or post-graduate from a reputed university (regular program only)—no online

courses or correspondence courses.

VI. Experience : Minimum 8 years expertise in Core HR function of a manufacturing company with a focus

on training & development, high level of efficiencies & lean management principles.
