We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Manager to drive our digital commerce growth on platforms like Nykaa, Tira and other beauty marketplacesKey Responsibilities Marketplace Management Manage day-to-day operations across major e-commerce platforms : Nykaa, Tira EtcOptimize product listings, pricing, content (images, A+ content, videos), and keywords to improve visibility and conversions.Monitor and ensure inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and timely deliveries.Oversee catalog uploads, compliance, variant structuring, and backend dashboard management.Sales Growth & Campaigns Plan and execute platform-specific promotions, campaigns, and seasonal sales (e.g., Nykaa Pink Friday, Great Indian Festival).Liaise with category managers to maximize visibility and negotiation of prime spots.Track ROI on platform ads (Sponsored Ads, DSP, etc.) and optimize campaigns to drive revenue.Analytics & Reporting Analyze sales data, traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement.Create weekly and monthly MIS reports to present performance and growth strategies.Forecast sales and monitor demand trends to align with supply planning.Apply now at
