Role Requirements :
Proven experience managing end-to-end, high-volume payrollExperience managing and leading a payroll teamStrong systems knowledge – ideally SAP, Workday or ADPSound understanding of Australian payroll legislation, superannuation and awardsExcellent attention to detail with a process improvement mindsetConfident communicator with strong stakeholder management skillsJob Responsibilities :
Oversee and process the full payroll function accurately and on timeLead and mentor a payroll team , ensuring smooth operations and developmentEnsure compliance with all statutory obligations and reporting requirementsPartner with HR and Finance to maintain data integrity across systemsDrive payroll efficiencies and process improvementsAct as the main point of contact for payroll queries and auditsApply :
