Pare is growing fast, and we’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Executive Operations
Coordinator to support the founders and help streamline our operational workflows.
This is a high-trust role working directly with leadership, candidates, and clients — perfect for someone who loves structure, communication, and AI-powered productivity.
What You’ll Do
Founder Support & Operations
- Join meetings with the founders or work from call transcripts
- Capture clear action items, decisions, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Maintain To-Dos, reminders, calendars, and execution checklists
- Ensure smooth coordination across all internal and client-facing projects
Candidate & Client Coordination
Schedule interviews and calls between candidates and clientsMaintain talent pipelines, status updates, and communicationSupport onboarding processes and documentationDocumentation & Content
Draft articles, summaries, and structured content using AICreate SOPs, internal documents, and templates based on instructionsContract & Admin Management
Manage and update contracts, agreements, and internal trackersKeep pipelines and project dashboards up to dateSupport compliance and documentation workflowsWhat We’re Looking For
