Position Type : Full-Time Contract (40hrs / week)

Contract Duration : Long Term

Work Hours : Standard (Must work until 11 : 30am EST)

Work Schedule : 8 hours / day (Mon-Fri)

Location : Hybrid - India (3x days onsite / week in India)

We are seeking a Senior Claims Data Analyst with strong experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter, ETL tools, and SQL. The role involves analyzing large P&C claims datasets, ensuring accurate data mapping, migration, and reporting, and delivering insights to improve claims processes and operational efficiency. The analyst will collaborate with IT, data engineering, and business teams to enhance data quality, optimize pipelines, and build dashboards / visualizations (Tableau / Power BI).

Must-Have Skills :

• 5+ years of data analysis experience in claims / insurance (P&C).
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• Strong expertise in SQL, PL / SQL, ETL tools, and data migration / reconciliation.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance claims concepts.
