Position Objective
To demonstrate the product performance to the distillery customers, follow-up visits, sales, and technical support for the existing and new customers by promoting the yeast and other related products.
Roles & Responsibilities
Product Testing
- Quality check and testing of OYI developed Distiller's Yeast. Yeast Identification
- Distiller's Yeast Trails in laboratory and plant scale. Fermentation
- Technical support & troubleshooting in the fermentation section of the distillery to help existing / new customers thus promoting Yeast & other related products. Microbiological Analysis
- Analytical & Microbiological testing in lab & plant.

1. M.Sc. / B.Sc. (Microbiology) or Alcohol Technology2. 2 to 3 years of experience in Food / Alcohol TechnologySkills Required
