Key Responsibilities : For Sales Engineer Role :

- Technical Expertise : Understand clients' technical requirements and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
- Proposal Preparation : Develop technical proposals and quotations for clients.
- Client Relationship : Build and maintain long-term client relationships, providing exceptional post-sales support.
- Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, project management, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Sales Forecasting : Maintain CRM systems and provide accurate sales forecasts.
For Sales Head Role :
Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve their targets.Ensure team performance aligns with business goals.Strategic Planning : Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and market share.Market Research : Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs to position our products effectively.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with the engineering and project management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.Key Account Management : Build and nurture relationships with high-value clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat Background :Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related Engineer : 3-6 years of experience in industrial automation or capital equipment sales.
Sales Head : 10+ years of experience with a strong focus on SPM and robotics sales.
At least 5+ years of leadership experience in managing sales Strong knowledge of SPM (Special Purpose Machines) and robotics solutions.
Proven success in technical sales, particularly in automation or capital equipment.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing and mentoring sales teams.Proficiency in using CRM software and providing accurate sales forecasts.Willingness to travel as required.Preferred Candidate Profiles :
