Resposibilities

• Financial consolidation & eliminations specialist
• Prepares consolidation entries (intercompany balances, investment eliminations, internal margin eliminations) and ensures consistent application of accounting principles.
• Drafts disclosures and notes to the consolidated financial statements and ensures consistency across multiple consolidation levels
• Analyses intercompany transactions, reconciles balances and investigates variances, proposes adjustments to local entity accounts to align with group standards.
• Coordinates with local finance teams to support data collection and ensures data quality and timely submission.
• Consolidation & reporting systems analyst
• Assists in coordination, consolidation and review of financial results for all entities; loads and validates financial data into GR and produces monthly consolidated reports.
• Supports equity accounting entries and intercompany eliminations; ensures compliance with IFRS / GAAP and internal policies.
• Maintains and updates the consolidation system (SAP S / 4HANA & GR), collaborates with divisional analysts to automate reporting and reduce manual processes.
• Supports integration of new entities and system upgrades; partners with IT and project teams on system enhancements and troubleshooting.
