Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEM strategies to drive website traffic, lead generation, and conversions
- Manage end-to-end paid search advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify and target high-performing keywords and search phrases
- Create, test, and optimize compelling ad copy, ad extensions, and landing pages to boost CTR and conversion rates
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust budgets, bids, and targeting to ensure optimal ROI
- Perform A / B testing and analyze campaign data to refine and improve ad creatives and SEM strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams including designers, copywriters, and web developers for landing page and ad asset creation
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and technologies in the SEM space
- Generate and present regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders
- Build and maintain vendor, platform, and agency relationships for SEM tools and services
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry benchmarks
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform policies, industry best practices, and legal compliance
- Plan and forecast SEM budgets aligned with marketing goals
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)Proven experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns with a track record of measurable resultsStrong command of SEM platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, along with SEM toolsSkilled in keyword research, campaign setup, bidding strategies, and budget managementAnalytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and generate performance insightsProficient in A / B testing, ad content creation, and landing page optimizationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEffective project management and multi-campaign coordination skillsStrong collaboration skills with cross-functional team experienceEagerness to stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in SEMGoogle Ads and other PPC certifications are advantageousSkills Required
