About the Role
- We are building a dedicated support team for our innovative Copilot Studio platform, and we’re looking for technically proficient, self-driven Support Engineers to join us. This is not an entry-level role—we’re seeking professionals with solid experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, who are excited to explore and master the emerging capabilities of Copilot Studio.
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, project-based environment, is eager to learn new technologies, and is comfortable working in a shift-based support model.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Copilot Studio, including platform infrastructure and AI agent functionality.Execute standard support activities and operational controls.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and enhance support processes.Participate in rotational shifts (morning and afternoon) to ensure business hours coverage.Join an on-call rotation to address high-priority incidents outside standard hours.Administer Power Platform environments, focusing on Copilot Studio agent operations.Troubleshoot and resolve agent issues (e.G., broken or non-responsive bots) within defined SLAs.Ensure compliance with ITSM processes—incident, problem, and change management.Maintain runbooks, knowledge base articles, and platform documentation.Monitor platform health and report on SLA performance, incident trends, and capacity metrics.Partner with product, compliance, and support teams for escalations and continuous improvement.Required Skills & Experience
5+ years in technical support, developer support, or application support roles.Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).Familiarity with Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents.Understanding of Power Platform architecture, environment governance, DLP policies, and access controls.Experience with Azure AD, Dataverse, and M365 Admin Center.Working knowledge of ITSM tools (e.G., ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira) and SLA-driven operations.Clear understanding of Incident, Change & Problem Management processes.Soft Skills
High enthusiasm for learning new technologies.Strong analytical and communication skills.Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.Comfortable with shift-based work and on-call responsibilities.Preferred QualificationsMicrosoft Certified : Power Platform Administrator Associate (PL-600 / PL-500)ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent ITSM experience.
