About the Role :

We are looking for a creative and fast Video Editor who can craft scroll-stopping content for social media, ad campaigns, and brand films. You’ll collaborate closely with designers and content teams to bring stories to life with impact and precision.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review raw footage and select the best shots to tell a strong visual story.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, ad campaigns, and brand films.
• Add transitions, graphics, text overlays, animations, and special effects as required.
• Sync footage with background scores, dialogues, and sound effects for smooth audio balance.
• Perform basic color correction and grading to maintain a consistent, professional look.
• Work closely with the creative director, graphic designers, and content strategists to ensure brand tone and message alignment.
• Adapt videos for multiple dimensions and formats (9 : 16 vertical, 1 : 1 square, 16 : 9 widescreen) suited to each platform.
• Maintain organized project files, naming conventions, and backups for easy workflow management.
• Apply current trends from social media and pop culture to keep edits fresh and engaging.
• Manage deadlines effectively while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to codecs, exports, or rendering errors.
• Stay updated on new plugins, editing styles, and AI tools that can accelerate production.

Requirements :

Bonus : Additional skillset of Motion Graphics would be an advantage.
