HR Recruiter / Sr. HR Recruiter / AM – HR Recruitment / HR Executive

Locations : Mumbai & Thane

Shift : Day Shift (9 AM–6 PM) | Sunday Off

Salary : ₹2.40 LPA – ₹6 LPA

Experience : 6 months – 6 years in HR Recruitment

Qualification : MBA / PGDM in HR preferred for HR Executive roles

✨ Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment : sourcing → screening → calling → scheduling → closures

Bulk & blue-collar hiring for field and operational roles

Hiring for sales, operations, finance, customer service, HR & support teams

Lead hiring drives and achieve recruitment targets

Build strong pipelines via job portals, referrals & field sourcing

Support onboarding, joining formalities & documentation

Assist in payroll coordination, statutory compliance & HR operations

Maintain employee records, HRIS updates & MIS reports

Support employee engagement, training & admin activities

Soft Skills

Strong communication & coordination skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment

Good negotiation & interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in MS Office / HRIS.
