We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Product Manager with 6+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing ERP projects, with a specific focus on Workday implementation and integration. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping the Product Team drive the delivery of our ERP solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, including resourcing, design, unit testing, building review, deployment, and knowledge transfer.
- Translate client requirements into comprehensive deliverables and roadmaps for implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and subject matter experts to translate business requirements into feature specifications.
- Identify technical constraints, dependencies, and potential risks, proactively addressing them to ensure successful execution.
- Manage the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to our quality standards.
- Manage processes around quality assurance for our deliverables.
- Create and maintain of product documentation, including implementation guides, and process documentation.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, well-organized, and easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Facilitate thorough testing and validation of our solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and adhere to best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to help derive potential solutions to deliver to clients.
- Identify gaps in our development lifecycle and propose improvements to ensure success.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Technical Writing.7+ years of experience in Product Management, Software Development, or Business Administration, preferably working with ERP projects, with a focus on Workday.Understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and integration concepts.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Ability to work in ambiguous environments and create structure and process where there are gaps.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential risks and devise creative solutions.Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA analysts, business analysts, and subject matter experts.About Us :
