Job description

Tips : Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.

Responsibilities

To report exclusively to Group Head handling MIS for him and all his schedules ,programmes ,bookings ,maintenance of all his rercords.follow up with different gruoup compnaies head ans staff for updates and achievments.Putting up daily schedue ,MIS on performance of all group companies and keeping safe and confidential records meant for groutp head .To have all his travel plans,meetings ,appointmemnts and collection of reports from various verticatls to put up to group head with analysis and reviewd .

Keep sourcing best talent ssuitable for group and sending to HR for hiring after Head approval.

Keeping all bank accounts operated by head.

Qualifications

It is gender neutral job, fluent in english ,Ms Excel (preferably advance excel) with minimm 5 years similar experience .Must be well versed in MS word ,Ms PPT and letter writing . should not be social media savvy .Education minimum graduate with diploma in secreatarial practice. Must be resident of noida or south delhi.
