Project Lead

Should be able to manage large team, work with functional team to understand the requirement, analyze the requirement from technical side, do efforts estimation, prepare development plan, allocation and execution of the work and tracking / reposting the project status.

• Development of functions, stored procedures, and packages, PL / SQL object types, SQL statement tuning, reviewing explain plans, and utilizing optimizer hints
• Dealing with large volumes of data (millions / billions of rows of data) and dealing with partitioned tables
• Should have knowledge of Java and J2EE knowledge, Integration with ETL processes
• Involvement in analysis, design, coding, SIT, UAT and support
• Interact with clients in relation to assignment execution and manage operational relationships effectively
• Application Support management
• Collaborate with other teams to create quicker issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction
• Provide support to team members and Code review aligned to best coding practices.
• Contribute in design improvement and product enhancement.
• Technical Skills

• Excellent skills in relational database design
• Databases : Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, Maria DB
• Frameworks : Spring, Struts, Hibernate
• Programming : Java / J2EE
• Web servers : Apache Tomcat, JBoss, Weblogic and any additional web server
• Extract Transform Load (ETL) concepts and technologies
• Awareness of Spark / HDFS and Linux OS would be an added advantage and preferred
