Role Overview :

The role is responsible for monitoring and managing Accounts Payable (AP Cost) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. This position requires strong customer engagement, process oversight, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Monitor process performance against agreed SLAs for AP and AR across multiple countries.
  • Track and manage ageing buckets, collaborating with customers for timely resolution.
  • Ensure smooth customer reconciliations for both cash and card payments.
  • Drive efficiency-focused transformation projects in partnership with Country teams and Metro Digital.
  • Maintain zero non-compliance for external audits (including ICF).
  • Support process migrations to GBS and assess impact for customers.
  • Conduct skip meetings, focus groups, and MRM sessions to assess process health and support team engagement / retention.
  • Perform quarterly, half-yearly, and annual performance reviews, providing regular feedback to the Team Leader.
  • Manage leave planning for self and TL.
  • Collaborate with IT Operations and Infrastructure teams to ensure smooth process continuity.
  • Review and finalize Monthly Governance Presentations before release.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Strong understanding of AP & AR processes, including reconciliations and ageing analysis.
  • Experience in stakeholder / customer engagement and process migrations.
  • Proven ability to manage compliance, audits, and governance reporting.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and transformation project management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a cross-cultural and multilingual environment.
