Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Reporting and Analytics Domain- Business Analyst!

In this role, The Reporting and Analytics BA will help building reporting and dashboards for cashflow monitoring, identify areas of improvement, and drive reporting insights and drive streamlining of reporting processes. He would be based in the UK and support the delivery of dashboards covering cash movement, payments, settlements and other risk and finance metrics, working with risk and finance transformation teams on insights and analytics.

This includes gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy in reporting

Prepare detailed documentation supporting reporting and dashboards

Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information

Ensure timely submission of all required reports

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory and other industry standards

Identify areas for process improvement within the reporting function

Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders on report status and issues

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

Relevant years of experience in financial analysis, accounting or a similar role

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI and other data analysis tools

Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

Master’s degree in business, finance or accounting

Experience working within a financial institution

Knowledge of specific regulatory frameworks such as Basel CRD IV, PSD3

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
