Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Senior PHP Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance PHP applications for our Project website. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of object-oriented programming, backend development, WordPress customization, and modern software engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on requirements analysis, technical design, and develop custom WordPress themes / plugins using PHP, MySQL, and modern frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
• Design, develop, debug, test, and document scalable web applications, optimizing for speed, SEO, mobile responsiveness, and AI directory features like custom post types and search functionality.
• Build and maintain directory solutions, integrate third-party APIs, and ensure high-quality code following SOLID principles, PSR standards, security best practices, and performance benchmarks.
• Support project evolution, produce technical documentation / user stories, meet deliverables / timelines, participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, contribute to effort estimation / sprint planning, stay updated on emerging technologies, and adapt to new tools for process improvements.
