Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Mumbai with some work-from-home flexibility. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, employee engagement, and retention strategies. Daily tasks will include overseeing performance management, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The role also involves designing and implementing training programs, managing payroll and benefits administration, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Experience with recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
• Strong skills in employee engagement and retention strategies
• Proficiency in performance management and handling employee relations
• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and procedures
• Ability to design and implement effective training programs
• Experience with payroll and benefits administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a managerial HR role is a plus
