Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Building & Construction team, delivering landmark projects across South Australia and the Northern Territory.

About the Role
As a Project Manager , you’ll lead the delivery of commercial, industrial and defence projects valued between $5M and $40M . You’ll take ownership from contract award through to completion — driving outcomes, managing stakeholders, and ensuring every project meets time, cost and quality expectations.
This position offers exposure to high-profile builds across metro and regional SA and NT, with the support of an experienced leadership team that values initiative and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from inception to completion — scope, budget, and program.
Participate in design and costing phases, collaborating with Estimating and client partners.
Oversee procurement, contract administration, and project reporting.
Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and quality assurance.
Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and consultants.
Support continuous improvement and contribute to business growth initiatives.
About You
Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Coordinator for a head or managing contractor.
Proven success delivering commercial projects valued $5M–$30M+ .
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office Suite.
Construction White Card and current Driver’s Licence.
Australian citizenship (eligible for Defence clearance).
Highly Regarded
Experience with Procore, Aconex or similar project management systems.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Pronto .
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop project teams.
