Position : Regional Sales Lead - India & SE Asia

Experience : 10+ years

Location : Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Shift timings : 9.30 AM -06.30 PM IST

Role Overview

The Regional Sales Lead will own PamGro’s revenue charter in the designated geography, focusing on building relationships with GSIs, global staffing firms, and enterprise clients.

You will be responsible for client acquisition, sales strategy, and SDR team development to support PamGro’s growth in your designated markets.

This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role — ideal for a senior sales professional who can combine executive presence with operational drive.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Own and deliver revenue targets for India & SE Asia originated business.
  • Drive new client acquisition across staffing firms, GSIs, and enterprise clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and decision-makers to position PamGro as a trusted partner.

2. GTM & Pipeline Leadership

  • Establish an SDR and inside sales motion to drive outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
  • Define sales playbooks, cadences, and metrics for pipeline creation and conversion.
  • Ensure consistent opportunity tracking and CRM discipline for accurate forecasting and performance management.
  • 3. Strategic Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Global Head of Sales (London) to align Regional GTM with global strategy and client programs.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and cross-functional leaders in operations, compliance, and finance to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.
  • Contribute to pricing, proposal structures, and global account plans for key clients.
  • 4. Market Development & Partnerships

  • Identify and engage channel and staffing ecosystem partners in India to expand PamGro’s reach.
  • Represent PamGro at industry events, client forums, and partner meetings.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, client requirements, and competitive insights to shape product and GTM strategy.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, ideally within EOR / PEO, staffing, HR-tech, or payroll industries.
  • Experience in building and leading small SDR / inside sales teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell to CXOs, CHROs, and vendor management heads.
  • Proven track record of ₹10+ Cr annual quota achievement in solution or services sales.
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and relationship management skills.
  • High ownership mindset, process orientation, and comfort working in a fast-scaling environment.
